Unfortunately these particular videos do not work well for some, other countries and locations can be fine. But I wanted to make a start on this blog to help get you going with your health interests.

Often, a suitable alternative cannot be found so please be patient with me, the small amount of information available without the video is critical so it should be useful to everyone.


I'm looking at various sources and presume this blog will improve as it progresses.
