Famciclovi and working

Famciclovi :
Famciclovir is used to treat genital herpes and herpes zoster (shingles) infections of the skin.
Famciclovir prevents the growth and multiplication of the herpes virus. This medication does not cure the herpes infection, but it may relieve the pain associated with the viral infection and may shorten the duration of an outbreak
Treatment :
To lessen stomach upset, take famciclovir with food (unless your doctor tells you to do otherwise).
Take famciclovir as soon as possible after the symptoms of a herpes virus infection appear. This medication works best when it is started within 48 hours of the onset of the rash that appears with shingles or within 6 hours of the onset of the symptoms of genital herpes.
Side Effects :
Minor: Diarrhea, dizziness, headache, nausea, unusual tiredness or weakness, or vomiting. These side effects should diminish or disappear as your body adjusts to the medication.
To avoid dizziness or light-headedness when you stand, contract and relax the muscles of your legs for a few moments before rising. Do this by pressing one foot against the floor while raising the other foot slightly, alternating feet so that you are "pumping" your legs in a pedaling motion.
Major: Tell your doctor about any side effects that are persistent or bothersome.
Interactions :
Probenecid may increase the amount of famciclovir in the body.
Warnings :
Be sure to tell your doctor about any unusual or allergic reactions you have had to famciclovir or to any other medication, including antiviral medications.
Before starting this medication, tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems, especially kidney problems.
If this medication makes you feel dizzy, do not take part in any activity that requires alertness, such as driving an automobile or operating potentially dangerous equipment or machinery.
